Student must be 3 years of age by September 1, 2012
2 proofs of address (State ID. Drivers Licence, Gas Bill, Electric Bill)
Physical Examination
Immunization Records
 
Kindergarten - Registration for Kindergarten is open now.  Please come to the main office between 9:00a.m. and 1:00p.m.  Monday through Friday all year.
